Lettershop Services

While Postal Center International has expanded its many service offerings, traditional Lettershop Services remain at the core of PCI Digital Printing’s operation. Using high speed automated equipment, our Lettershop Services include Bindery, Personalization, Inserting, and Sorting.

Personalization

With laser, ink-jet, black and white or color, PCI Digital Printing has the technology to cost-effectively produce the right piece. Published material typically carries no document-to-document changes, where promotional material may contain limited personalization like a name or address. Transactional material carries completely personalized content and is useful for generating account statements or other personalized information.

Bindery

Whether it is a letter fold, half fold or z-fold, PCI Digital Printing’s automated equipment streamlines the process. Cutting allows for custom paper sizing from standard stock, for forms or other odd-size requirements. Tabbing is a process to close open-ended mail pieces with a wafer sticker to meet postal regulations. High volume, high speed labeling completes the mail piece with individual address information. And, yes, sometimes we even do things by hand to meet unique specifications.

Inserting

Automating the insertion of printed material into outside envelopes requires the flexibility to handle different paper sizes with speed and accuracy. Using computers and cameras, this process can select different pieces of different sizes based on demographic or other criteria. Sorting

Postal Center International finishes the process with high volume, high speed sorting equipment to accurately weigh, price and route each piece, taking full advantage of presort postal rates available for high volume mailers.
